Heloise earned her MBA from Pennsylvania State University, an MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and a certificate in trauma training from Global Trauma Recovery Institute. She is currently an Ed.D candidate at Wilkes University studying education leadership.

Heloise and her husband Rodney have six biological and two god-children they are raising. She enjoys ballet, studying trauma healing, and relaxing at coffee shops. Heloise attends her local church where she is resting after ten years of service as the Children/Youth Pastor.

She has counseled in settings that include, in-home intensive, mobile therapy, and alternative education for at-risk youth. Her goals for therapy include providing unconditional love without judgment, coping strategies, resilience, support towards loving relationships, compassionate communication training (NVC), as well as basic psychoeducation in neuroscience.
